The competition pursued an aim of making a technopark that is more friendly and human-scaled than a fully pragmatic functional assembly. The program includes an office tower to accommodate tenants that share the profile with the residing warehouses and stores. The main target was set to agricultural and forestry domains.
We tried to combine the warehouse plots in pairs to differentiate the areas for public and for technology. We also tried to provide good public access from existing urban areas.
The office building design was inspired by the glow-worm. A tower in the outskirts acts somewhat as a lighthouse, so does the glow-worm.
