Description:

The site is located  in Narva-Jõesuu which is the eastern-most summer resort of Estonia with a sandy beach and sunset into the sea. The plot is situated between the main street and the sea which is a typical layout for hotels and sanatoriums in Narva-Jõesuu. Our plan was to keep the landscape, the trees and the views from the street-side to the sea, at the same time placing a large recreational complex on the plot. The complex consists of simple geometrical functional volumes which can be combined according to the program that seems suitable at the specific time of development.

The complex consists of three volumes – a horisontal slab for hotel lobby, restaurant, spa and sports-club; a vertical slab for the hotel rooms and a tower for the apartments.
