Description:
The building acts as a truck checkpoint and parking facility for the newly developed Estonian port of Sillamäe. The building includes service spaces, offices, and a lounge for the long-distance lorry drivers, waiting for their turn to either enter the the port, or cross the border to Russia through the Narva checkpoint 20 kilometers away.
